Why should I book using this site?
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2.00pm
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you are wanting to arrive after 7pm
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, the majority of our rooms have undercover parking.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Raintree Motel are strictly non-smoking, together with the undercover BBQ/Dining area. Smoking is permitted on the grounds of the Motel but we ask that smoking be undertaken at least 5-6 metres away from any room or public area.

Do you provide a freezer?
Yes, unfortunately there are no freezers in your room, but we do provide a large double commercial guest freezer that is located in the undercover BBQ area.
Can you sit or dine at the BBQ area?
Yes, the BBQ area has tables and chairs and also ceiling fans for your comfort.
Are your room’s non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at the Raintree Motel are strictly non-smoking, together with our BBQ/Outdoor dining area.
Do you have restrictions on where people can smoke?
Yes, we ask that smokers move at least 5-6 metres from the Rooms is they wish to smoke.
Do you have spare parking spaces or parking for trailers on site?
Yes we have a number of spare parking spaces for vehicles or trailers but those spaces are limited so please make contact before your arrival.
Do you have Laundry facilities?
Yes, we provide two coin operated commercial washing machines and two commercial dryers for your use. We also have a large clothes line on site for fresh air drying. There are coins at Reception.

Do you provide any meals?
Yes. We provide a delicioius Contintneal Breakfast delivered to your room that includes all the normal additions as well as Ham & Cheese Croissants and Muffins. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT ON SITE. We have charge back facility with a number of local restaurants. (Please ask at Reception)
Do you have Foxtel?
Yes we do. We provide free FOXTEL and have the full listing of programs available including sports, movies and documentaries.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, we provide free wireless internet. We have recently undertaken a significant upgrade of our internet/wireless systems at the Motel to ensure the maximum quality for our guests, but please keep in mind that as with all other properties in the town, Biloela is somewhat remote as far as “Services” go and NBN “fibre to the premises” is not yet available
Do you have a BBQ or outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a fully covered self-contained BBQ area with two separate hotplate BBQ’s, a double burner cooktop and a commercial kitchen stainless sink.
How close are you to the shops?
Biloela is approximately 3km wide along the Dawson Highway and our Motel sits in a peaceful setting on the eastern side of the town. It is a 3 minute drive to the Town Centre.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are also within 2-5 minutes by car to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Dominos, KFC, Chinese and Thai as well as good pub and club grub. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list. As advised we also have charge back facilities with a number of restaurants.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
